In this release we’ve focused on further refinements to the importer.

Improved support for date formats during import

When importing spreadsheet data that contains columns of dates, you can now specify the way the dates are formatted (which may be different to the format you have chosen in your site’s preferences).

Other changes

  • Column mappings chosen during import will now be applied to future imports within the current project only. [SG-16611]
  • Fixed an issue when toggling some pipeline steps visibility and then removing and adding other steps would cause an error. [SG-17506]
  • Fix for synchronization in Task selection between Gantt and grid view. [SG-17707]

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue when a user’s IP is not a part of whitelist IPs could be redirected to a wrong page after trying to access a shared playlist [SG-17867]
  • Fixed Thumbnails widget (and Thumbnail view) missing conditional formatting options that is present in the List widget, and on standard List pages [SG-12522]
  • Fixed an issue where retiring a project’s billboard could break the overview page. [SG-18070]
  • Fixed an issue when updating entities via Importer and some special characters did not escape [SG-17926]

Bug fixes & Improvements

  • Names are no longer shown in group headings and graph labels, when you don’t have permission to see those objects. This improves the isolation of permission groups with limited “see” permissions for other users. (Please note that we are still working on another case where grouping by user can allow visibility of other users’ names). [SG-18154]
  • Fix an uncaught TypeError when creating new assignment in Crew Planning App. [SG-17880]
  • Legacy “Subscribe to all …” email notification options are now hidden by default for any sites that doesn’t have anybody using them. This prevents performance issues caused by extremely high unused email traffic. [SG-17484]
