Currently, start and end dates on my pages are displayed for the full month - September 10, 2020.
Where can I change the display settings so that I view this format 10/09/20?

Hi @Chantal,
Welcome to the community! Date display format is a site-wide setting which you can access from the Site Preferences page, Language and Formatting, Display of dates.
