Client User Not Receiving Playlist Notifications

I have shared a review playlist with our client but she is not receiving the email. I have previously shared playlists with her that she has received the playlist notification email so I am not sure why it is not working now.

Everyone else it was shared with did receive the email, she checked her junk mail as well.

Copying the link to her directly does not work either as we require a password to log in and it just takes her to our main shotgun login page.

Update: A member of our IT team tried re-sharing the playlist after I had already tried three times and it worked when he did it.

Mysteries.
