How can I display the approved version of each shot on my shots page?

Is there a way, in the shots page to display the approved version of each shot? (Let’s say that the version approval status is “Final”)

You can set up the thumbnail query for the shots field to only show versions that are marked Final/Approved if you don’t want to have any thumbnails display while they’re in progress. So if you had multiple pipeline steps, only the latest final/approved version would display if you set up your query like this:

You’ll do something similar to what’s suggested above, but you’ll want to add another filter condition of Status is Final and then change the Single Version option of Display this Version field = Thumbnail. It’ll look like this: [image] You’ll then get a thumbnail in the row if there’s a version that matches the query.
