Integrating Maya 2020

Hello,

I am working on integrating Maya 2020.2 to our pipeline. In Shotgun: File Open, when opening any previously created shot or asset, I am getting the error:

Failed to create folders:
Parameter entity_ids’ type is ‘long’, accepted types are list, tuple and int.

I am using the most recent tk-maya engine v0.10.1, tk-multi-workfiles2 engine v0.12.3, and tk-shotgun-folders v0.2.0.

Hi @aitrdae,

Thanks for writing in and sorry you are seeing the issue.

Could you please toggle debug model on SG desktop and replicate the issue again so that we could get a full log file? And please write to support@shotgunsoftware.com with a link back to the thread here, as well as all the details and the log files. (Here is where are my log files.)

We will dig into it in the 1:1 thread and then report back for anyone who follows up in this thread.

Hi @Ben_xzj,

Thank you.

I have opened a SG support ticket #115342 and attached log file there.

For anyone who follows up this thread, the issue has been fixed long before in our later release. When you see the same error below, try to update Shotgun desktop as well as tk-frameworks and see if the issue remains.

Failed to create folders:
Parameter entity_ids’ type is ‘long’, accepted types are list, tuple and int.

Cheers,
Ben
