Opening multile programs using Shotgun Create occurs error

I opened the program using an shotgun. If you try to open the houdini in the assigned task, one program opens, but if the houdini tries to open another houdini in the open houdini will occur. If you want this error to go back to normal, you need to turn the shotgun off and on again. There are times when an artist has to turn on several programs at once, but it’s a big problem right now.

Hi @Dreamliker,

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting on FF!

I’m sorry you are seeing the errors here. We probably need more information (which is private) in order to debug the issue, could you please drop us a line at support@shotgunsoftware.com with all the following information:

  • Your description of the issue, detailed reproducing steps, as well as a link to the current post in community
  • Shotgun Create log files, check where your log files are here
  • Do you have your Shotgun Desktop running? Go to Shotgun desktop, your avatar and click on About to get a screenshot of the following pop-up dialog.

We will see you there and carry on our debugging.

Cheers,
Ben
