One of our users just reported me that he lost 2 hours of page customization despite his several saves.
It seems to coincide with yesterday’s update (July 14) to 8.14.0.4832…
Is there any way we could recover his work ?

Could you DM me (or open a support ticket at support@shotgunsoftware.com) with your site name, the user’s login and the page they were editing and I can take a look.
Giving a brief description of the changes they made would be helpful as we don’t know what the page was like before or what it should look like after.

Finally, the user preferred not to wait for a possible recovery and decided to start his page over.
Do you still want me to open the support ticket so you can investigate ?
