Phase entity duration should affect 'End Date'

When planning inside of the ‘Phases’ page in a project, the ‘End Date’ field shouldn’t be mandatory.

It should be possible to create a Phase entity with a ‘Start Date’ and a ‘Duration’, and the ‘End Date’ would be adjusted according to this duration.

It would also be nice for those phases durations to consider weekends, and ignore them inside of the ‘Project Timeline’ page.
A 80h phase would be split in two weeks, from monday to friday, for example.
