One of my user’s accounts keeps asking for change of password everyday while logging in. Please look into this.

Thanks for posting, and sorry your user seeing this issue.
Can you check the require password change at next login field on that user and make sure it’s not checked when they try to login?
If not, then worth to check with your user what’s the login they are using to log. You should use shotgun login and password, not the registered email to log into your Shotgun site.
Let us know if none of the sanity check above is your case.

Thanks for the solution. It is solved now.

this was solved for two days and the third day the artist is still asked for change of password everyday. Now the check box is even unchecked .

Do you confirm your artist is using the login and password, not the email to log onto your Shotgun site? If so, but the issue remains, please write to support@shotgunsoftware.com with all the details, include your Shotgun site, the artist login.
