Site Locked / Account Suspended

Is there a contact for sales/account management.

We have submitted a support ticket but unsure if that is the fastest contact.

It should be mentioned that we are an EDU account but for some reason it is suspended. Thanks. I have written to accounts@shotgunsoftware.com and am waiting to hear back. If in the meantime anyone has any other ways to get in touch with someone please contact me at elytton@sva.edu. Thank you.

You’ve done all the right things. However, the accounts team email is now shotgun.accounts@autodesk.com so I would recommend resending to that email.
