Is there a problem with SG Version transcoding?
I’m finding that dnxhd quicktimes are no longer being transcoded by SG after upload. I’m pretty sure this was working previously.
Reverting to uploading mp4’s appears to work.
Can you confirm if this is an issue with the SG servers?

Hi Patrick,
DNxHD is one of our supported codecs. We’ll need to investigate the media directly to find out exactly what is going on. Could you submit a support ticket with links to some example Versions and we’ll start digging into that for you?
