Versions view, filter by client notes

Hi guys,

We need a versions view that shows us the versions with client notes, and displays the notes. There is the open notes field now, but we can’t use linked filter with this one, to only show notes that have the client note field checked. Ideas how to implement that?

Hey Hristo,

You could do this with a query field on Versions, but that would only either show the contents of a single Note, or the total count of Client Notes linked to the Version.

The other option would be to tackle this from the Notes side by making a filter like this, then Grouping by Links:

Hi,

Thanks for the ideas, I’ll try it out. For the links - there’s usually multiple links to the note - shot and version for example
