Is there a possibility to see which user created a Global formatting rule in a given project?
That sounds simple but I can’t figure it out.

If the activity is recent you should see EventLogEntry records with event types like Shotgun_FormattingRule_Change or Shotgun_FormattingRule_New pop up.
This being said, our Formatting Rule UI doesn’t have any provisions to display the user that created a given rule.
This isn’t the best of situations but I hope you find what you’re looking for in the event log entries.

I was browsing into the Events, just in case. Thanks for confirming this option!
