My password does not save and I have to reset it every time I log in to my SG account. Am I doing something wrong?
Typically, when users have issues like this, it’s because they’re using an incorrect login (either one that is or is not an email address).
When this happens, you’ll be able to successfully reset your password using the
Forgot login or password? link on the login page, and follow the email prompts to get back into Shotgun. However, you get stuck in a loop doing this again the next time you try to login directly using an incorrect login.
