Hi, Everyone

Thanks for those who joined our session today at 11am PDT! Our primary topic was how setting up Shotgun to do reviews. We kept it pretty high-level since that was a lot information to pack into an hour! For those who are interested, here are the links to our knowledge based articles on each topic.

• Getting Started with Shotgun
  • First, map out your workflow and ask yourself, what information is most important to you to track?
• Take a look at our tutorials to see how to set up a project.
• We created a project, as well as a creating entities such as Shot, Sequence, and Tasks, using Task Templates.
• We reviewed the various ways to create Versions in Shotgun, the first one by uploading to the Media App Center.
• We shared a high-level overview of Shotgun Create and what its capabilities are.
• We touched on what RV is and took a quick look at Screening Room in RV.
• Finally, we covered how to share media with clients using the Client Review Site and touched on how to set up the Client Review Site as an internal user. High-level documentation for what the Client Review Site is, can be found here.

Our next one is tomorrow for our clients in the Asia-Pacific region, though anyone is welcomed to attend! Looking forward to seeing you all there
